The Animal Doctor Veterinary Surgeries at Ravenshead and Redhill are a privately owned, family run business. The Animal Doctor has rightly gained a reputation for being caring, friendly and offering the highest level of service to both you and your pets.
The Surgeries have recently been completely redesigned as modern state of the art Veterinary Practices with a wealth of services including X- ray, in-house blood testing and a fully equipped air conditioned operating theatre.
The clinical director and practice owner is Charlotte Hanson BVMS MRCVS Bsc Hons Biology. A local girl, who through her work with the PDSA, RSPCA and various veterinary surgeries, has gained not only a vast amount of experience but also empathy to treat every animal as if it were her own.
Charlotte is a graduate of the prestigious Glasgow Veterinary School which also trained the world famous vet, James Herriot!
Charlotte's passion and enthusiasm has attracted some of the area's most experienced and respected veterinary professionals to join her team. As you can see from the "Team" page, this is quite a formidable line up of skills and expertise.
You will also find that the Animal Doctor’s ethos is very different to the many "corporate" Veterinary practices that seem to be everywhere nowadays.
We are understandably very proud of our surgeries and welcome anyone wishing to register their pet to come and see for yourself and meet our friendly and experienced team here at Animal Doctor.
